GET YOUR BODY BACK AFTER GIVING BIRTH

A pregnancy is a beautiful ‘thing’ and there will or may be body changes after pregnancy. Husbands, if you don’t like her body shape and you want a particular body shape after pregnancy, you can’t force her. Remember, love is gentle.

Already, most women feel insecure or anxious about their bodies, especially with today’s media trying to portray a standard of or for beauty that is ”hard” to live up to, beauty that can easily be bought in any shop.
So don’t make things worse.

Teach, don’t cheat!

Gym with her, diet with her if you want. If she’s putting in every effort to please you, encourage her. Never you put a woman down! You are the head. It doesn’t mean she is a slave. NO!
But in every relationship, and more so marriage, we need one captain at a time, not two, so take note!
